How can we help?

Answers about buying virtual numbers, funding your wallet, currency conversion, two-factor authentication and refunds, plus how to reach Numvo support.

How do I buy a virtual number?

Open the store, pick a country, choose the platform you are verifying (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Signal and more), decide whether to rent for a period or own the number permanently, then pay from your wallet. The number appears instantly.

What is the difference between renting and owning?

A rental keeps the number reserved for the window you choose — from 20 minutes up to 30 days — and then releases it. Owning keeps the number attached to your account permanently so you can re-verify at any time.

Which platforms and countries are supported?

WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Signal, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Discord and many more, across countries worldwide including Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Thailand, Japan, China, South Korea, Italy and the rest of Europe.

Where can I see the numbers I already bought?

Open History from the top navigation. The Purchased numbers tab lists every number with its country, platform, rental window and price, and you can copy any of them with one tap.

How do I fund my wallet?

Go to Wallet, choose a preset or type an amount, pick USD or NGN, and confirm. The balance updates immediately and the top-up is recorded in your transaction history.

How does the dollar to naira exchange work?

Your balance is held in US dollars and displayed in the currency you select. The converter on the Wallet page shows the naira equivalent at the current reference rate, so you always know what a number costs in NGN before you buy.

What happens if no SMS code arrives?

The rental is cancelled automatically when the window expires and the amount goes straight back to your wallet balance. You will see the refund in the Transactions tab of History.

Where do I find receipts?

Every top-up, conversion, purchase and refund is logged in History under Transactions, with the amount, type and exact timestamp.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication?

Open Security, tap Set up 2FA, scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password, and enter the 6-digit code. From then on, signing in asks for a fresh code from your app.

I lost my authenticator app — what now?

Contact support from this page with the email on your account. After we verify ownership, the 2FA factor is removed so you can sign in and enrol a new device.

Can I get notified about transactions?

Yes. On the Security page, enable transaction push notifications and your browser will alert you whenever your wallet is funded, a payment is taken or a number is activated.

Still stuck?

Email support@numvo.app with your account email and the number or transaction involved. We reply within a few hours, every day.
